The question I get asked most often is “What exactly do you do?” I have been mulling it over to work out how to present it concisely when asked and this is the closest that I can get:
‘Executive Secretary provides world-class training from the top trainers for Assistants in whatever format you might want or need’
But that is not the whole story. Your perception of an archetypal publishing or training company is probably totally different to where we sit.
What We Do
We roll up our sleeves and work with the world’s assistants and trainers to make sure that what we deliver is exactly what you need. We work hard to understand the market and you personally. We campaign globally for the recognition of you and your role as a profession. And we try to do it all with integrity and authenticity – traits which are core to my beliefs as to how a good business should operate.

Our bursary, founded by Anel Martin and Teri Wells is now in year four and we have already made an impact.
