It’s getting more and more common to hold videoconferencing to reduce travel costs. Whether your company is using GoToMeeting or Webex or Skype or something other platform, there are some common issues that you may encounter that you might be able to fix yourself without involving IT.
Participants will learn:
Common issues experienced during videoconferencing
How to identify where in the process the failure is occurring
What to do about connection issues
Ways to address audio issues
Having a backup plan for disconnects
What you can do to prevent issues from reoccuring
Attendees will be provided a link to the live webinar approximately 48 hours prior to the webinar as well as access to the recording for 30 days afterwards. All attendees will receive a handout summarizing what was covered during the webinar. In addition, a letter can be provided that is suitable for submitting for 1 Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) recertification point.
