Attendees will be provided a link to the live webinar approximately 48 hours prior to the webinar as well as access to the recording for 30 days afterwards. All attendees will receive a handout summarizing what was covered during the webinar. In addition, a letter can be provided that is suitable for submitting for 1 Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) recertification pointS.

With certification as an internet webmaster designer, Microsoft Office Specialist (Master Level), Advanced Toastmaster-Silver, and an Associate’s Degree in Business, Marie has an expansive knowledge in many areas, and can help you become an expert as well. She is an author, mentor, and expert on a number of computer and professional development topics. Marie is the owner of MRH Enterprises and teaches classes on Microsoft Office, Windows, and various other internet topics. She has been a member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals (IAAP) since 1997 and was the 2012-2013 President of the Illinois Division of IAAP. She has more than two decades of experience as an administrative professional and efficiency consultant.
