Mental Health is a part of all our daily lives but you have to know yourself. Know what triggers your stress level and what it takes for you to de-stress. Deep breathing, 5 minutes away from your PC, planning ahead. Learning to use these techniques will pay off in the end. When that’s not enough, know that most employers have an EAP Department to give you the professional help you may need to get through it all.
